Once modifications are complete, you retain full ownership of your calculator and are free to use it however you choose. We do not restrict your usage, and we are not responsible for how the modified device is used in academic, testing, or institutional environments.
Each purchase includes one full year of free software access, including WiFi functionality, chat tools, and AI features. After this initial year, continued access may require a monthly subscription fee, and some features may be disabled if a subscription is not maintained.
Because our services involve modifying hardware, customers should be aware that manufacturer warranties, such as those provided by Texas Instruments, may be voided. Our company is not affiliated with Texas Instruments, OpenAI, ChatGPT, or any third-party platform.
We cannot accept liability for academic penalties or disciplinary actions resulting from use of a modified calculator, nor can we be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping, especially when a customer is sending in their own device for modification. We highly recommend secure packaging when mailing calculators to us.
Return shipping from us to the customer is covered unless otherwise noted, but we are not responsible for issues caused by postal carriers or shipping services.
We do not accept refunds under any circumstances unless your order has not been dropped off at a USPS shipping location within a month. In cases where a calculator purchased through our Direct Purchasing option arrives defective, we will manage replacement or repair solutions as necessary.
Customers agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or circumvent subscription or security systems associated with our software.
We may update our software, features, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
